“Positionally, we cannot get any more holy than we already are because we have been clothed with the righteousness of Jesus Christ. But when you look at 2 Corinthians 7 and verse 1, He says, "having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves." So here he's referring to a practical holiness. That is something that you and I must apply and work on in our daily lives. And remember if you would, and let me just read it for you, I quoted last week Romans chapter 6 and verse 19 as an example of practical holiness.”
