“Now when you read the word gospel in the Bible, in the New Testament, the word gospel never simply means a book or facts about Christ. It is the truth concerning Christ. But everything about Christ, we refer to Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John as the four Gospels, not because they are books, but because they are histories about the person and work of Jesus Christ.”
